Directive 2010/01 of Hanley of 31/12/2009 on 2010 New Year Resolution.

HANLEY,

Having regard to 2009 New Year Resolution,

Having regard to proposal from family and friends

Acting in accordance with personal principle and beliefs in life,

Whereas, Hanley shall take all appropriate measures, whether general or particular, to ensure fulfilment of obligations arising out of this directive. He shall apply whatever means to facilitate the achievement of the resolutions.

Whereas, Hanley shall abstain from any measure which could jeopardise the attainment of the objectives of this directive.

The following shall be in no way an exhaustive list.

HAVING ADOPTED THIS DIRECTIVE:

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 Subject

This Directive lays down:

(a) the aims to be achieved in 2010;

(b) bad habits to be changed in 2010;

(c) things to learn in 2010.

Chapter II The Aims to be achieved in 2010

Article 2 Academic Aims

1. With every possible efford, Hanley shall, in the year of 2010, obtain 1st Honours in the following subjects:

(a) Company Law

(b) Equity and Trust

(c) European Union Law

(d) Land Law

(e) Jurisprudence

(f) Sales and Supply of Goods

2. Spend more time on revision

3. Use free time to learn new skills

Article 3 Financial Aims

1.

(a) Gain more knowledge about forex and stock market in order to gain more profit from it.

(b) Gain more knowledge about forex and stock market in order to limit the losses.

(c) Find good stocks other than the blue chips.

2. Start to learn about precious metal trading, petroleum trading.

3. Read more books about real property investment.

4. Find more opportunity to invest and increase wealth.

5. Gain 20% more profit from investments that than in 2009.

6. Change spending pattern and minimize any unjustified expenditure and allocate the fund to investments.

7. Start the habit of saving.

8. Achieve financial independence.

Art 4 Lifestyle

1. Explore good restaurants in Manchester.

2. Visit Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, including Gordon Ramsay and Fatduck.

3. Limit expenses for subjects other than travel and food.

4. Travel to eastern Europe.

5. Search for shooting or archery centre in Manchester.

6. Start to exercise to lose the belly.

7. Stop reckless driving.

8. Learn how to park the car properly.

9. Be mature

10. Be a better person.

原来，狗眼看人低这词是不分种族国界的。

张汉礼这个人，

真的不知道该怎么说。

他，真的什么都不会。

钢琴学了不久就不学了，

吉他亦是如此。

歌声难听，语文造诣差，

那更别说作词作曲了。

学业方面，

说他厉害，其实也不过如此。

说穿了，

只不过是比较会考试。

口才输人，动作慢半拍。

创意零蛋，头脑死板。

他不会弹奏任何一中乐器，

也没在二旬时就办过多场讲座，

更没在四川地震时词作曲出专辑筹善款。

说到底，

他就是半点才艺都没有。

一天，有人对他说了一句话，

“你不需要什么才艺，这对你一点帮助也没有。你只要有一个比任何人都会赚钱的头脑，那就是你的才艺。”

这句话他非常的赞同，令他把目标从才艺转到投资。

股市，货币，债券，期货是他所该学习的。

让我们等待他做出成绩来吧！

Yay! I got my first dslr finally!!! wahaha!

21 July 2009 - ley steps into the life of photography…

Result for the second semester had been out weeks ago, but I was too lazy this blog. Arghhh… Lazy to blog lar…

Ok, I’ve passed, and I can proceed to the second year. Yay! ^.^

The grades I got are really higher than what I expected (I thought I’d get a border pass for all the subjects coz I’m aiming for that). Lolz. I broke my previous promise to get good grades. Aww.

But, I’m very contented already. =)

Imagine, I used only 2 weeks to study 3 subjects, and I never touch most of the topics before. That is really really last minute study lorr. Luckily I passed. (Don’t try this at home.)

For criminal law, I used 4 days to study (1 day 1 topic). I focused on theft, fraud, offence against the person, murder, general defence, and some chapalang. I got a 2.2 for that. WOW!!!

For tort law, I used 5 days. I skipped the whole big chuck of  ‘negligence’ which comprised of around 60% for this subject. I really thought that I’m not gonna to make it. Out of surprise, I got a high 2.1 for that!!! Walao!

As for administrative law, I used 4 days. I only studied 4 topics (only manage to conquer 2) and I passed. Wahaha!

But for God, I’m not gonna to make it.

But for Him, I’d definitely die this time. And He saved me AGAIN!

Praise the Lord, Hallelujah! Wahaha!!!

I got to thank my Papa, Mama and my sisters for sacrificing their sleep and meals during the exam period.

I felt sorry for them.

Coz of my immaturity and lack of self disciplin to study, they suffered and cant sleep well.

Papa guided me through webcam to do the revision and he skipped meals to help me. He even postponed some court cases, some meetings and dinners to guide me. I’m so unfilial.

I promise I won’t do last minute study again.
